Cons (-) Reservation was cancelled by the booking agent after charging my CC in full. The cancellation notice was sent to the hotel WITHOUT notifying me. As such, I had no idea it was canceled until I arrived. Pros (+) Yhe location was great. Walking distance to many restaurants. 7 minute drive to pier 39.
Cons (-) The sink was clogged. The advertisement for continental breakfast was not true. All we got was a "sorry, not anymore."

Pros (+) Staff were nice, Italian restaurant is tasty, free wine and cheese after 5 I believe. Parking is minimal so expect $40 for valet and I had a small car per night. Overall enjoyed my stay.

Cons (-) Not for the business traveler. The room barely fit the double bed and the bathroom was so small the sink didn't fit. The walls are thin and it's very loud through the night.

Cons (-) I woke up abruptly in the morning because someone was standing outside the door talking. I couldn't hear through the walls but the next morning was a jolt I wasn't ready for. Could have just been a loud talker that no matter what door was there he could have been heard. One of our face towels had a stain, but didn't bother me much, I just put it aside not to use. Other than that, no problems.
