Pros (+) Great location right in the heart of the French Quarter. Hotel has a excellent "feel" of old New Orleans.
Cons (-) Room was the biggest complaint. We booked a deluxe room, but I think they put us in a petite room. Size was small, but my spouse and I don't need a lot of space, so that wasn't a huge issue (we didn't go to the French Quarter to spend a bunch of time in a room). Pros (+) When i made the reservation I was NOT told that I would have to WALK UP 6 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS WITH NO HELP FROM THE STAFF TO CARRY LUGGAGE! Our wifi did not work..our keys did not work..there was a $150.00 deposit that was not told to us until we checked in..We were not expecting that...breakfast was extremely light which was fine but there was no where to eat beside the courtyard and most of the gi...
